I am delighted to announce the opening of my brokerage Hawk & Heron Realty, INC. I have over 8 years in the business, where I gained experience selling rural properties, Cannabis farms, & specializing in timber sales and management of Timber harvest plans, along with many residential and commercial properties.

 

My love is for the land, and in 2019, I created a company called Copperhead Consulting, INC- that helped clients clear abatements (Cannabis violations), clean up their properties, and manage the negotiations with code enforcement over any associated fines.

 

Hawk & Heron is named after our two favorite resident birds on our 100 Acre ranch in Northern California, where we have built a living example of land stewardship that blends nature and animal husbandry with the needs of the land. Firelight ranch is an event venue, with multiple visions in the works where we hope to host fire training programs, workshops, retreats, and interactive programs for kids.

 

This new brokerage is a marriage between my real estate work, and my consulting work through copperhead. We are looking to attract clientele who want to have a relationship with their land, & who want to be stewards of the nature that they protect. We hope to help our clients manage the process of working with the land to serve it's greatest purpose, whether that be timber harvest management, conservation easements, land trust work, or otherwise.

I am currently the host of a Real Estate/ Reality TV show called American Dream TV, and hope through this work to share more of our local environment and culture with the world at large.

In my past I have done work as a professional photographer, wine maker, horse trainer, and I have a great love for farming & Ranching. I currently reside between Trinity county and the north coast of Humboldt.
